A screened porch off the dining room (16' by 16') and sun deck off the living room opens onto the Sea of Abaco. The full sized and fully furnished kitchen has a dishwasher, wet bar, ice-maker, coffee grinder, espresso machine, and microwave oven.

The master bedroom (13' by 13') and second bedroom (11' by 13') each have queen sized beds with sliding glass doors leading to a small screen porch. The third bedroom (11' by 11') has twin beds. All bedrooms have A/C and offer great views of the water and the gardens. The two bathrooms are furnished with linens and towels.
